Subscription Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to our premium milk delivery service, you agree to the following operational guidelines designed to ensure freshness, safety, and sustainability.


1. Delivery Schedule & Access

  • Time Window: Deliveries are conducted daily between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
  • Strict Cut-off: No deliveries can be requested or fulfilled after 9:00 AM.
  • Floor Access: For buildings without a lift, delivery is limited to the 1st Floor.
  • Security & Gate Access: Riders will wait for a maximum of 3 minutes. If access is denied, delivery will be completed at the gate or marked as "Missed" (non-refundable).

2. The Glass Bottle Policy (Circular Model)

  • Mandatory Return: Empty bottles must be returned at the time of delivery.
  • Condition: Bottles must be clean, unchipped, and unbroken.
  • Cap Requirement: Original cap must be returned with the bottle.
  • Replacement Fee: Lost or damaged bottles/caps will incur charges as per market rates.

3. Payment & Safety Protocols

  • Cash-Free Policy: Riders are not allowed to accept cash.
  • Digital Transactions: Payments via Bank Transfer, UPI, or official portal only.
  • Prepaid Model: Deliveries only if subscription is active or wallet has balance.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Pause/Resume: Update changes by 6:00 PM the previous day.
  • Missed Deliveries: If missed due to access or bottle return issues, delivery will still be charged.
